Purpose

The West End & Visitation Park Development Review Committee is a temporary structure proposed to give residents a voice and to provide community feedback for the development process. The Structure and makeup of the committee will be representative of our community. Meaning it will be geographically representative, and diverse. The Committee is formed of current residents and community stakeholders that have a background or technical expertise in the development process, this could be architecture, construction, or development experience.

The committee will meet once a month to review projects and the meetings will be open to the public for anyone in the neighborhood to attend.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Development Review Committee and its members are responsible for: Promoting quality residential and commercial development in the West End & Visitation Park neighborhoods and ensuring development rehabilitation and infrastructure projects in the neighborhoods are in accordance with the forthcoming West End and Visitation Park neighborhood plan.

DEVELOPER APPLICATION

Are you a developer SEEKING a community letter of support for your project in the west end or visitation park neighborhoods?

To have your project reviewed by the Development Review Committee you must:

  1. Complete this application,

  2. Include all SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

    1. Site Plan

    2. Building Elevations

    3. Description of Exterior Building Materials

    4. Photos of Existing Site Conditions; and

  3. Send to drc@cornerstonestl.org

    • APPLICATIONS & ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 10 business days before the upcoming meeting.
