Here at Cornerstone, we believe housing is the first, critical step towards poverty alleviation, wholeness, and wellness, where as sociologist Matthew Desmond once wrote, "housing is absolutely essential to human flourishing. Without stable shelter, it all falls apart."

In addition to providing spacious affordable apartments, Cornerstone also offers “whole-person” services included in our amenities:

  • Resident Champion Hours: Do you just need someone to talk to? Our Resident Champion will be a dedicated staffer available to advocate for you.

  • West End Community Plan Participation: Get a chance to re-design the neighborhood. As a Cornerstone resident, you will have a seat at the table as an assumed leader in the development of our historic neighborhood, the West End — all residents are welcomed. Your voice and ideas are strongly encouraged.
